Return Policy

1. Return Window & Requirements

• Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt is strictly required for all returns.
  No receipt = no return.
• Condition: Items must be in their original, pristine condition:
  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • Odor-free (no perfume, smoke, or deodorant marks).
  • Original tags must be attached.

2. Refund Method

• All approved returns are issued as Store Credit only.
• We do not offer cash, credit card, or debit card refunds.
• Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items.
• Bodysuits, undergarments, or swimwear (for hygienic reasons).
• Any items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after purchase.

4. Policy Discretion

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet the criteria outlined above or shows signs of wear and tear.
