1. Return Window & Requirements
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt is strictly required for all returns.
No receipt = no return. -
Condition: Items must be in their original, pristine condition:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- Odor-free (no perfume, smoke, or deodorant marks).
- Original tags must be attached.
2. Refund Method
- All approved returns are issued as Store Credit only.
- We do not offer cash, credit card, or debit card refunds.
- Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Bodysuits, undergarments, or swimwear (for hygienic reasons).
- Any items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after purchase.
4. Policy Discretion
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet the criteria outlined above or shows signs of wear and tear.
